CHRISTMAS 2023

Our last day for reliable 1st class postage before Christmas Eve is 18/12/2023 but we will post up until 2pm on the 21/12/2023. Please select Express Shipping on the 18/12/2023 if you want Royal Mail First Class signed for. 

Our warehouse will be closed from 23/12/2023 until 02/01/2024.

Our fulfilment team is manned by amazing volunteers who support our hospice Dorothy House by supporting us. 

Currently we ship Monday through Fridays, but if you place an order after 2pm, it will be shipped the following working day.

Please be patient as we will always ship as quickly as possible but understandably delivery times may vary according to demand and the stresses on the postal networks.

Ubiety use Royal Mail 2nd Class for deliveries under 5kg and DPD courier for larger parcels. The rate for over 5kg is £15, as we are a charity we need to cover our costs. You will receive notification when your order has shipped.
