Once we have received the returned product from you, we will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the day we receive the product.
We will refund you by the method you used for payment.
As the postal system is outside of our control, products are returned at your own risk. You may wish to consider getting proof of postage or insurance.
If you’ve decided you’d like to exchange the product instead of a refund, please let us know when returning the product.
