This privacy policy aims to give you information on how Dorothy House Trading Limited collects and processes your personal data through your use of this website only (findubiety.com), including any data you may provide through findubiety.com, when you sign up to our newsletter or purchase a product.

Findubiety.com is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children (those under the age of 18).

A third party provider fulfils all our online orders and provides customer services on our behalf, through the Shopify platform. Contracted by Dorothy House Trading Limited this policy applies to them as a Data Processor and they are subject to a Service Level Agreement which binds them to UK and EU Data Protection Legislation.

Data Retention

  • When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records and we keep your personal information throughout your relationship with us as a customer.
  • Once you terminate your relationship with us, we generally will continue to store archived copies of your personal information for legitimate business purposes such as to defend a contractual claim or for audit purposes and to comply with the law, except when we receive a valid erasure request
