- Ubiety (Trading as Dorothy House Trading Ltd) competitions and printed discount vouchers are open to residents of the British Isles, EIRE and the Channel Islands, except employees (including volunteers) of Dorothy House Hospice Care, Dorothy House Trading and their families, or any associated companies.
- Ubiety discount vouchers can only be used within Ubiety branded stores and at participating events.
- Entrants to Ubiety contests must be 16 or over.
- No purchase necessary for competitions.
- Only one competition entry per person.
- Winners will be the first correct entries drawn after the closing dates.
- The winner decision is final.
- We will not share your details with third parties unless you have won a competition, in order for you to receive their prize. These details are to be used for prize-giving only and not marketing purposes, unless you have ticked our consent forms.
- Entrants data will be deleted 12 months after the date of the competition, unless they complete consent forms for other forms of communication. See our privacy policy.
- All winners will be notified accordingly.
- A list of winners will be available by contacting Ubiety no earlier than six weeks (unless otherwise stated) after the close of the competition. Only the surname and county of the winners will be disclosed.
- Prizes subject to availability.
- No cash alternative for any prizes will be offered.
